Cicero is the conversational and orchestration layer. The durable value sits underneath it: closed and approved sources, product state, permissions, retrieval, confidence, governance, and the golfer's permitted record.

The public goal is not to wrap a general model around the open web. Cicero is being designed to answer from approved Savant Golf source collections, name uncertainty, separate current foundation from development direction, and route questions to the right product or human.

Savant is developing a governed mix of frontier services and local open-weight systems. The durable public proposition is control, privacy, resilience, useful local access, and lower inference cost where the task permits—not allegiance to a particular model vendor.
