A range ball is not your ball.

Range balls are often engineered for durability, retrieval, limited flight, or facility economics. Their construction, impact response, lift, drag, and spin decay can differ markedly from ordinary playing balls. Displaying the range ball's result as though it were universal misstates the golfer's real question.

Aero is intended to support full swings, partial shots, short game, ball fitting, launch tracking, ranges, simulation, equipment work, smart-ball systems, ball design, altitude, atmosphere, and other uses of Savant's ball-flight intellectual property.

Measurement and trajectory are different technologies.

A sensor measures an initial or continuing state. A trajectory model applies physics to that state. Aero preserves that distinction so observed, derived, modeled, and inferred values remain identifiable.

Translate the event to the selected playing ball.

Given validated ball-specific evidence and measured initial conditions, Aero can calculate how the golfer's selected ball would be expected to fly—and compare alternative balls under the same shot and environment.
